Because it was mine and my sister’s themed eat-togethers that inspired me to create eight potatoes, I decided that I would group the recipes in themes too. I’m a bit obsessive when it comes to order and everything having it’s place, so (in my mind, and feel free to differ) a meal that starts in India shouldn’t end in France. I hope that by grouping the recipes in this way, if you wish, you will be able to plan menus for your dinner parties, eat-togethers or whatever else; or you can just flick through and cook the odd thing that takes your fancy.
